Questions
we hear a lot.

Do we have to be a managed services client?

No. Professional services are available as standalone projects. Many clients start with a project and move to managed services afterwards, but neither is a requirement.

Is pricing fixed?

Almost always. We quote a fixed price against a signed statement of work. Where true fixed scoping isn't honest (deep discovery or unknown dependencies), we use capped time-and-materials with transparent reporting.

How do you run Cyber Essentials / CE+ engagements?

Gap analysis first, prioritised remediation plan, evidence gathered during, audit run at the end with a partner CE body. Typical turnaround is 4–8 weeks.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes. Many projects are delivered in partnership with an in-house team or incumbent MSP. We're straightforward about scope and handover.

What's "hypercare"?

A short, named-engineer window after go-live — typically one to four weeks — where the engineers who delivered the project are on-call for anything that surfaces. Keeps issue resolution fast while the environment settles.
