What services do you offer?

How does your 24/7 monitoring benefit my business?

Our SOC watches your endpoints, identities and email around the clock, triaging alerts the moment they happen. Most incidents are contained before anyone in your team notices, and you get a plain-English monthly summary of what we caught.

What makes your Managed Security reliable?

Five layers that share signal under a single SOC: endpoint, identity, email, DNS and patch. Aligned to Cyber Essentials Plus, reviewed quarterly, and backed by a named response team, not a generic inbox.

Can you support remote and hybrid work environments?

Yes. Most of our clients are hybrid. We set up secure device management, conditional access, VPN or zero-trust remote access, and handle joiner/mover/leaver flows so a new starter is productive on day one, wherever they log in from.

How do you handle data backup and recovery?

Microsoft 365, endpoints and key servers are backed up to encrypted UK storage, with integrity checks and documented recovery times. We test restores quarterly so when you need the data back, it’s already been practised.

Are you Cyber Essentials certified?

Yes. We also help clients achieve Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus as part of onboarding.

Where are you based?

Registered in London, based in Newbury, serving clients across the UK. Remote-first with on-site visits when they help.
