Can you support remote and hybrid work environments?
Yes. Most of our clients are hybrid. We set up secure device management, conditional access, VPN or zero-trust remote access, and handle joiner/mover/leaver flows so a new starter is productive on day one, wherever they log in from.
How do you handle data backup and recovery?
Microsoft 365, endpoints and key servers are backed up to encrypted UK storage, with integrity checks and documented recovery times. We test restores quarterly so when you need the data back, it’s already been practised.
Are you Cyber Essentials certified?
Yes. We also help clients achieve Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus as part of onboarding.
