Tenant → Tenant

M&A consolidations, rebrands, carve-outs. Mail, calendars, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, identities, groups and licensing moved with full audit trail. Target tenant pre-hardened before data lands.

Google Workspace → M365

Gmail, Calendar, Contacts into Exchange Online. Drive into OneDrive + SharePoint with folder structure preserved. Identity cutover from Google to Entra ID in the same window.

On-prem Exchange → Exchange Online

Hybrid or cutover migrations. Public folders, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, delegations and resources all preserved. Retirement of on-prem in the same project if you want.

IMAP / POP consolidation

cPanel, legacy hosting, shared mailboxes living in mystery servers. We inventory, consolidate and migrate to Exchange Online with proper DMARC / SPF / DKIM in place.

File server → SharePoint / OneDrive

Permissions-preserving file moves with structure rationalised first. Typical shared drives contain ~40% redundant content — we clean before we move.

Identity cutover

On-prem AD to Entra, local accounts to cloud identities, federation changes, MFA enrolment and SSO into your existing SaaS apps. Done right, the user sees a new sign-in page and nothing else.

  1. PHASE 01

    Discover & scope

    Inventory every mailbox, shared drive, group, distribution list and third-party integration. Produce a detailed runbook with dependencies and risks.

    Prepare target

    Harden the destination tenant, stand up Conditional Access, DMARC / SPF / DKIM, Intune baseline. Dry-run a pilot group end-to-end.

  3. PHASE 03

    Coexist & cutover

    Parallel mail flow so nothing stops. Final delta sync over the cutover weekend, MX flip out of hours, sanity checks on every mailbox.

    Hypercare & handover

    Engineer on-call Monday through Friday after cutover. Decommission old platform, archive data as required, hand over a complete as-built.

Questions
we hear a lot.

How long does a typical migration take?

For most SMBs under 100 users, four to six weeks from signed statement of work to sign-off, including coexistence and cutover weekend. Larger or hybrid estates scale from there.

Will users have downtime during cutover?

No. We run parallel coexistence so mail and calendars stay live throughout. The cutover itself is an out-of-hours MX switch with zero user-perceptible downtime.

Can you migrate shared drives and file servers into SharePoint?

Yes. We rationalise the structure first (most shares have ~40% redundant content), then migrate with permissions preserved and an audit trail per file.

Do you migrate from Google Workspace?

Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts, and Drive into Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive. We handle the identity cutover from Google to Entra at the same time.

What about our existing integrations (signatures, CRM, line-of-business apps)?

Listed and tested in Phase 1. Anything that authenticates to the mail platform is cut over with a plan and a rollback. Nothing gets "found out" on Monday morning.
