Wi-Fi that
just… works.

Managed wireless and networking — Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cloudflare

Designed, installed and monitored business networks. Meraki or Ubiquiti, picked for the job not the margin. Segmented VLANs, ZTNA remote access, and a predictable signal in every corner of the office.

01 / WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every layer of
the cable.

From the patch panel to the cloud. Designed for how people actually work, not how the diagram looks on a sales slide.

01

Site survey & design

Predictive survey for new fit-outs. On-site validation after install. Heatmaps that match reality, not aspirations.

02

Managed Wi-Fi

Cloud-managed access points. Seamless roaming between floors and buildings. Band steering and minimum RSSI so the signal behaves.

03

Switching & routing

Core and edge switches, VLAN-per-role, inter-VLAN ACLs, PoE budgeting done properly. Diagrams that match the wiring.

04

Firewall & perimeter

Next-gen firewall with IPS, content filtering, geo-blocking and application awareness. DNS filtering layered on top.

05

ZTNA remote access

Zero-trust network access for remote workers. Per-app, device-posture-gated, no legacy VPN that your team hates using.

06

Monitoring & alerting

24/7 up / down / saturation monitoring. P1 alerts wake us, not you. Capacity reports delivered monthly.

02 / HOW WE RUN IT

Survey. Build.
Validate. Run.

  1. STEP 01

    Survey

Predictive plan from floorplan + on-site RF survey. Coverage map with AP positions and cable drops.

    • Predictive model
    • RF survey
    • BoM & cable plan
  2. STEP 02

    Build

Cable, mount, configure. VLANs, SSIDs, firewall rules and ZTNA policies staged, tested, then cut over.

    • Structured cabling
    • Core config
    • Cutover plan
  3. STEP 03

    Validate

Post-install on-site validation survey. Signed-off coverage map, snag list, and the "as installed" documentation set.

    • Validation survey
    • Snag list
    • As-built pack
  4. STEP 04

    Run

Monitor, patch, tune. Quarterly network health report. Change control for additions and tweaks so documentation stays current.

    • 24/7 monitoring
    • Quarterly report
    • Change control
03 / WHY IT MATTERS

The first thing
blamed, last thing
funded.

Bad Wi-Fi is a productivity tax paid daily. Flat networks with no segmentation are a security vulnerability waiting to become an incident. Both are fixable, and cost far less than the quiet damage they cause.

  • Signal, everywhereNo dead spots, no "try the other meeting room", no rebooting the AP under the stairs.
  • Segmented by defaultGuest, IoT, printers, cameras and corporate on their own VLANs with policed boundaries.
  • Remote access people useZTNA with SSO. No "which VPN client" or "is the certificate expired?" tickets.
  • One team, one billInstall and ongoing management by the same engineers who know your environment.

04 / FAQ

Questions
we hear a lot.

Which vendors do you use?

Cisco Meraki for cloud-managed simplicity at scale, Ubiquiti UniFi for cost-effective SMB deployments. We pick per site, not per sales quota.

Do you do site surveys?

Yes. Pre-install predictive surveys for new fit-outs and on-site validation surveys after install, with heatmaps and a snag list. We've never seen "guessed it would work" age well.

Can you segment guest, IoT and corporate traffic?

Yes, VLAN-per-role with appropriate firewall rules between. Guest gets internet-only, IoT gets its own broadcast domain, corporate stays clean.

What about remote workers?

We prefer ZTNA (zero-trust network access) over legacy VPN. Per-app access, tied to device posture and identity, with no "inside the network" implied.

Can you inherit existing hardware?

Often, yes. We'll audit what you have, decide what's fit for another 2–3 years and what needs replacing, and plan the switchover with minimum downtime.
